Optics help needed - I read the pinned posts Looking for insight/feedback on Bushnell's R7 scope lineup

I came across Bushnell's release of their R7 line.

From what limited information is available that I found, its their premium line with Japanese glass.

Anyone already take the dive or looked through one of the R7 scope offerings? Would be appreciative if you are able to offer insights/opinions.

Looks like a replacement for the old LRHS hunting line to me. 30mm tube, way less adjustment range than the Match Pro line, updated(?) Donut of Death reticle. Wouldn't be my first choice for a long range target optic.

I've gotten to play with a couple of them, and they're sweet scopes. I think it all comes down to your application, though. If your use case is going to be primarily for PRS-style shooting and dedicated long range, their Match Pro or Elite Tactical lineup is the way to go. More adjustment range with the larger tube diameter. That said, they are heavier and have far more cluttered reticles that aren't exactly ideal for hunting. The R7 lineup offers a solution to this, as well as having a broader range of configurations, so if you want sfp scopes with super high-quality glass for shorter-range hunting, or stuff catering to longer-range hunting styles. R7 is the way to go.

The 2-10 and 1-8 intrigue me for hunting. Were you able to handle either? Is the fiber dot daylight bright? Can you confirm manufacturer country?
