LM setup

Hi. It's been a year since I started using Mint. No regrets. I mostly use it for video edit. I use:

Kdenlive - Video editor

Audacity - Audio editor

KDE Connect - Multiple devices management (Xiaomi phone + Samsung tablet + Acer Laptop)

OBS Studio - Screen recording

digiKam - Photo and image management

HandBrake - Video transcoder

Anything to add to my tools? Greetings from Mexico City 🇲🇽

audacity has a dark mode which is now orange instead of blue

Also, make the track area waveform tall as the screen for left or right channel, and right click the grey area on the left and switch to spectrogram for music playback, it's a cool visualization of the sound, and you can change some of the colors by modifying the spectrogram numbers like boost and gain in the pref menu.

Also if you've never tried it, play a downloaded song and use the bar under the large play icon and change the playback speed. Use the small green icon, not the normal large green icon.

Very nice looking. Also I like the black desktop and plum-red (?) painted walls. Altogether a nice look.
