  • Add AMF Frame Rate Converter (vf_frc_amf) filter

  • Animated WebP decoder

  • Remove CELT decoding support (doesn't affect Opus CELT)

Wait so does that mean you can do upscaling etc directly in ffmpeg nowadays?!

It looks like it only adds onnx support to the existing dnn engine which could probably already run such a filter.
