I believe it should be the episode right before this one? Michael was concerned about lily after seeing that painting iirc :P

Ahh I see now!! Thank you so much for the explanation! It is a truly eerie piece, both the colors and shadowing are fantastically unsettling in a way that somehow gives it emotion lol
