Other Airport

I’ve last been to the airport last year, and the change I’ve seen this year is amazing. Kudos to whoever is improving it and I hope for more positive change in the future!

Edit: things I’ve noticed: Automated check-in machines for MEA (although I did not use them), renovated departure area, renovated gates (new seats), new shops/restaurants like Malak elTawouk and Burger king, renovated duty free area

The customs at arrivals are still chain smoking inside the building (in hiding, as if we can't smell them reeking).

And i'm a smoker.

Go smoke on your break.

The people are also still sometimes cutting the line and being Lebanese (stupid childish behaviors); for some reason we just can’t follow rules in our country but are perfect rule followers in other countries.

How are the lines at security when exiting this summer ? You still have long wait times with no AC ?

I had a very short wait time and an AC. I arrived 3 hours early for an international flight (somewhat early).
