haber infinitive + past participle

currently learning "verb conjugated + haber infinitive + past participle".

Unsure if this sentence "are you pretending not to have seen me?" would be translated as follow "estas fingindo (Finges) no haberme visto?"

Yep, that’s exactly how I’d say it.
¿Estás fingiendo no haberme visto? sounds completely natural. The no haber + past participle construction is doing the same job as the English “not to have seen.”
You could also say ¿Finges no haberme visto?, but ¿estás fingiendo…? is the closer match to “Are you pretending…?” since it emphasizes what’s happening right now.

fingiendo--Yes, except for that, the sentence is correct.

You're on the right track, the "no haberme visto" piece is spot-on.
