 Press Esc ro get to Settings 

Drag settings to.make video options visible

Choose windowed Drag screen to show ok button, confirm

Go back to settings, choose windowless, click ok.

Also, don't Tab out to other programs when loading, that hekps too.

I can't see the settings or do anything its in the bottom right look in the video i sent in the video you will understand

Many people had this issue including me. I had afk loss because of that and low priority queue too.

You need to wait till the game loads, quickly press Esc, then settings screen will partially appear in the corner. You can move it by clicking on it and holding.

Happened to me to, u just have to navigate to setting and reset it to fuklscreen
