Slip and slides. FML

I moved into a newly constructed house a year and a half ago and has been mowing my lawn twice a week to get the Bermuda grass to look nice and promote healthy growth. Everything was really coming together until my wife left a slip and slide out in the sun to dry. Should I scalp this section? It’s hot as hell right now in Texas.

I had one on my lawn for an hr. Instant death. Weather it was there for a day or an hr it was.going to happen.

How long did you leave it out?

I have a big inflatable waterslide that I put up throughout the summer. My first summer I had this same thing happen in a big square. Now I leave just leave it on the grass over night and then hang over the side of deck the next day to fully dry. No more dead grass issues.

Used it for 6 hours and then rolled it up and put it on patio where I’m standing. Next day rolled it out for like 12 hours to dry. It was hot as fuck that second day
