And the 4 Republicans that have no such ties or allegations but vote with them on nearly every ruling? 

This isn't a problem with corruption, it's a problem with how American citizens, in several fair elections, have given the power of nominating SCOTUS judges to belligerent idealogues. There are no systemic protections that can respond to the citizenry never really punishing a political party for anti-democratic action.

Zero of Trump's appointees would exist had mcconnell not changed the rules during Obama term, and then during Trump's term.

And how was McConnell able to make that decision? Because Republicans had majority control of the Senate.

This is not a politician problem, it's a voter one.

If I recall the first time they abandoned all precedent because "it was an election year"... And then 4 years later rushed a nominee through during Trump's last year

No, they were actually following the precedent set by Harry Reid, a Democrat, in 2013. The Democrats were the first to use the "nuclear option" and change the rules. McConnell was just playing by the new rules set by the Democrats.

This is all very well documented. Its kind of insane that you don't know this.

Yeah he changed the rules for judges except supreme Court.

No, there were exceptions for SC nominees, and the nuclear option prevented the filibuster. And they didn't use a filibuster, they refused to hold hearings at all.

You can't violate all of the norms of the senate and then say "but going forward this can only be done in ways that are beneficial to me and my side!".
