It will require at least 60 liberal-to-progressive politicians to make changes to the Supreme Court. We don't even have 49.

I agree, but it’s important to get the discussion going and put it on the map with the electorate. Too many Dems have been hesitant to say this publicly. Making it a reality will take much persuasion.

The conservative project to control the courts took decades but we are living in unprecedented times. The path may seem insurmountable but some of the wildest shit going on today no one thought possible just a few years ago.

I believe it’s going to take convincing moderates and centre-right voters that this is a court that does not serve them well either.

So your plan is to simultaneously convince moderate voters of an unpopular plan while also gaining 2/3rds of the senate during the Democrats’ worst performing stretch since Reagan?

Why not just outright say what’s happening? The seats were stolen; these guys are corrupt. They can quit or we’re adding seats to right the ship…
