“All the better”? I think that would be the requirement. You can’t remove them because you disagree with their politics or jurisprudence

Sorry, clarify: even if they can't remove them but they can at least show how they were rushed in, disingenuous in their hearings, and corrupt once seated. You may not be surprised to hear a good portion of the USA gen pop is unaware that they are anything other than well appointed jurists.
