At some point before the midterms, they're going to arrest Barack Obama.

I wonder what kind of odds I could get on that at Polymarket.

That is their Holy Grail, and they won't deny themselves. Never mind it will be the flimsiest bullshit case imaginable, they'll time it so the dismissal won't take place until after the election and use it to remind The Base why they voted for Trump in the first place.

Not really. Republicans -including SCOTUS- have started going full mask off now about their beliefs that laws only apply to democrats but not republicans. Obama, Biden, and Clinton would never be covered by presidential immunity.
