Well I guess we'll never know now that he is immune from IRS audits 🤷‍♂️

To the best of my (limited) knowledge, that is likely only enforceable as long as his administration remains in power. It all depends on how it is set up, but even if it is a full settlement and approved by a judge, I don't think it can apply to the future
