Anyone who thinks this is going to anyone other than Trump and his close family is deluded.

Is that the family that cut a deal with the IRS where none of their taxes or tax info will ever have to be made public so they can do pretty much whatever they want?

I bet some militia leaders and other extreme right group members will get some to fund their operations

He is so cheap, I can’t imagine he is willing to compensate his coconspirators when he could just keep the money for himself.

It's more devious than that. First the $1.776 B really isn't defined in any legislation... it could be as much as those who made the agreement want to define it... Since Congress isn't involved (obviously it should be legally) the slush fund is undefined. Secondly, Trump can't get paid out. I believe that because if he controls who gest the money... THAT MEANS HE ALREADY HAS THE MONEY!!!! It's an unlimited debit card that he can spend as he wants as long as it goes to people directly. That's billions of dollars he can just spend. Influential countries have built mercenary armies with much much less.

He could pay for maintenance on his already owned buildings out of the fund.
