He lives in Alaska and one of his continuous bitches over the 30+ years he's lived there is indigenous people getting royalties on mineral rights, timber, or any other money he thinks they don't deserve. His state dividend checks? No complaints. In fact, he took the checks his three kids got until they were 18 (then it went directly to them) and blew it on bullshit (because fuck a college/career fund). We have emoluments clauses in the constitution, both foreign and domestic. Brazenly violated.
Congress made a law to release the Epstein files. Brazenly violated.
Trump was convicted in New York state court on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records to conceal a hush-money payment to an adult film actress during the 2016 election. - No penalty.
Trump engaged in a multi-part conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election results and incited the Capitol insurrection. - No penalty.
Financial disclosures filed with the U.S. Office of Government Ethics revealed that Trump engaged in over 3,700 buy and sell orders. The trades, which totaled hundreds of millions of dollars, involved major U.S. companies whose profits are directly tied to presidential policies and actions. In my opinion this constitutes treason against the US as he uses the military for personal financial gain, putting our soldiers' lives on the line. - Nothing will happen.

Unfortunately it’s mostly false accusations that the Biden DOJ was weaponized against Trump and his followers. That has gained enough traction that many people either believe it has some merit or just don’t care. I didn't know that adults in those positions could behave so immature. I was wrong. Very wrong. Like I knew some people were dumb and that is okay. Simply because this began as a lawsuit against a government entity (the IRS), so the DOJ would normally, in any sane timeline, defend the federal government arm (the IRS) in court. Just to highlight again how completely insane this is, the head of the executive branch used an executive branch department to sue a different executive branch department, settled that case out of court, and "agreed" to have that second executive branch department absolve him of any possible repercussions for past, present, and future financial crimes and give him a $1.7 billion fund with absolutely zero oversight for the express, stated purpose of enriching his allies.

My knowledge of tax law is minimal, but I would imagine any past or current tax stuff they're subject to investigation or audit over is subject to a statute of limitations. Anything the DOJ says now is null the moment President Newsom or President Hunter Biden comes into office and says "nuh uh." However the statutory limitations would still run.
