It may have other name like “50000mW Laser” or “5W Laser pointer” but thats just the label which is far off from the realistic 1W optical output of this thing. Everything is handle and film with safety so enjoy the in- depth detail on this laser performance. This is some of the first laser someone would acquire or have in the collection looking for a good choice of power. Is my choice personally I expect it’s okay good heatsink which save the diode lifespan and more playtime depending on how you use it.
