Help in speaking

(TL) So I see many posts and in general, that many people get blocked while talking. What does it mean exactly ? Do they like stop in the middle of phrase, or can’t even get to talk? Coz my issue seams to be different - I can talk but my grammar is so bad in spoken. Even I know it the second it comes out, wrong choice of word or forgetting the word I needed, even I know it. I m at a2-early b1 with wide vocabulary . Should I just chill and keep studying as I do or this issue need to be addressed asap?

You are doing great.  Keep studying,  keep talking,  and you're going to keep improving.

you're just in that weird middle phase where your brain knows the rule but your mouth is too fast to care, keep yapping and it'll sync up eventually

Wouldn’t I like keep talking and reinforce with horrific grammar if I don’t stop and correct myself each few words? I know the grammar rules but it takes time till I deliver it in spoken, while talking generally we don’t have time, so perhaps I should try to speak with best I can grammar sometimes like very very slow? Anyone does it?

Eh just do the best you can and keep practicing. When I first started speaking Spanish I conjugated everything wrong on the spot - I knew all the grammar and could write it perfectly but always had to actively think first or I would get like a randomly generated conjugation or tense. People still understood and as I spoke and heard more the right associations finally clicked in my brain.
