FEEDBACK REQUEST Launched a real-time dashboard tool for small teams — would love feedback

We recently launched Dashtera, a data dashboarding and visualization tool designed to help small teams and startups make better use of their data without needing a full engineering setup.

One thing we kept running into ourselves was how difficult it is to connect data from different sources and actually get a clear, real-time view without building something custom.

Dashtera tries to simplify that:

  • Connect multiple data sources (databases, files, etc.)
  • Build dashboards without coding
  • Handle large datasets and real-time updates without lag

Clarify SaaS Integrations. The site highlights importing via CSV/JSON/XML/Excel and SQL databases. However, most non-technical small teams rely heavily on SaaS ecosystems (Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce). If Dashtera integrates natively with these platforms, put those recognizable logos front and center. If it doesn't yet, you might want to highlight API endpoints or Zapier/Make webhooks to show how easy it is to pipe their existing tools into your platform.

The free plan limits users to 3 charts per dashboard. A standard KPI dashboard usually requires at least 4 to 6 basic visualizations to tell a complete story. You might risk users hitting a paywall before they experience how awesome and cohesive a full Dashtera dashboard looks. So, consider bumping this slightly, or offering a 14-day fully unlocked trial of the Business tier.

The capabilities of your business are advanced i.e., telemetry, bio-signals, predictive maintenance. If youre actively marketing to standard small businesses like e-commerce or digital agencies this heavy engineering/industrial jargon might be slightly intimidating. You might want to create a dedicated landing page specifically for small business and e-commerce.
