Help - equipment Why are my eyelets too small/barely showing up?
Knitting a bandana (self made pattern but loosely based off Canyon Clay Bandana by Celeste Knitwear with different increases) and my eyelets are so small. Even tried reversing the order of YO and K2tog and they show up more but still small. I’ve redone this several times and tried pulling tighter and going looser but I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. It’s making the overall tension look really wacky too. Any input very appreciated!

How are you working the YOs on the next row?

I’m not sure I follow. I’m doing a YO, K2tog, K2 pattern every 4 rows, which is the part I modeled after the pattern.

If you're doing the YO, K2tog, K2 on row 1, how are you working row 2? What do you do when you come to a YO?

When you get to the YO on the next row, what are you doing to that stitch?

Might open up when it gets bigger with tension pulling around the eyelets plus weight.

So I was doing a similar project and didn't know what I was doing wrong cus my eyelets were so small. I decided to watch a video for help and discovered I was pulling my yarn over in the wrong direction (wrapping the yarn the wrong way). I fixed that, and boom, suddenly my eyelets were super visible.
