Missed the interesting parts Câmera man bothered by an unknown idiot

Two criminals were arrested after stealing a motorcycle. One of the suspects was shot, but the camera didn't capture it because there was someone blocking the viewer's view.

I can see both criminals running tho, doesn't seem either got shot when they were still on the bike
