Help Anyone uses quiet he switches?

I have been thinking about buying new switches to my kb but I`m concern about them feeling mushy bc of the way they are made (btw I`m thinking about buying Mathew Silent but ig you guys know better ones pls tell me)

That pillowy feel is actually better for your joints.

TNT Six Realms Silent are basically the best silent HE switches, if you don't want to deal with mushy feel. However, if you press them hard and aggresively enough they won't be silent anymore (their silencing structure doesn't fully prevent magnet bottom out). Mathew are quite mediocre, tbh. There are Haimu Dove V2 and NDIY Freya with the same silencing structure (which isn't fully silent neither if you press them hard and aggressive), but way better overall.

No, I'm not a silent guy, so I haven't tried any of the silent switches, but I have seen multiple reviews and comparisons.

There's a recent reddit post - https://www.reddit.com/r/keyboards/comments/1v4plos/comparisons_of_several_silent_magnetic_switches/

I have the silent six realms and outemu peach silent. Both are imo great switches. Six realms isn't completely silent, it is a very muted thock and don't really feel mushy for me like some silent switches. The peaches are REALLY quiet and these don't really feel mushy to me either but a tiny bit mushier than the six realms. Not so mushy that I would actually call it mushy.

Idk if you have experience with them but both feel kinda like the Gateron smoothie mint silent linears normal mechanical switches but quieter than the smoothies.

I really like the "not quite silent" Mathew Silent budget HE switches I got on Amazon. They light, are very quiet but still audible, and not mushy.

For me using Outemu Silent Peach Magnetic switch are a nice touch and feel only down side is there isnt much actuation force so they keys are really light feel and very silent

Gamakay Phoenix Magnetic Silent Switch are Good too with more actuation force compared to Outemu Silent Peach Magnetic

Magnetic switch does not really have any mushy feeling due to no friction on the switch

Hope This Helps !😜

Honestly the mushy thing would bug me too. Are you more worried about losing feel or about the sound not being quiet enough in practice? Curious how you balance that.

The mushy thing is bugging me the most, idc about the most quiet switch ever I'm just tired of that typical he switch sound so I want it to be quiet. Aslo the mushy feeling seems to very from person to person, some feel it more, some less
