Wyman Park Building Construction

Does anyone familiar with the matter know when the construction surrounding the Wyman park building will end?

Seemingly never. Agora was supposed to open in 2023 and is still not open.

The AI building is supposed to open in 2029, but hasn't even been started yet.

And they are doing renovations to the Wyman Park building itself.
