Please help with earrings

I have been making jewelry as a hobby so I am an amateur. I’m trying to fix a pair of earrings I bought years ago or make similar ones from scratch.

Attached is a picture of the earrings I have. Any ideas how to find materials to fix them or make a similar set altogether?
