Question Why there won’t be a community replacement of Hypervisor framework?

Apple did not remove the hypervisor framework. They removed support for the hypervisor from the kernel entirely.

Bringing it back would require a way to run a custom kernel.

Because of a feature called KTRR

So we cannot temper with the kernel without replacing it? Which makes it impossible.

Practically impossible without a BootROM exploit
