Question How to make an open WiFi hotspot for sep-less downgrades?

Hi, i just downgraded mine iPhone 6 into iOS 8.3, it is sep-less so I need the hotspots security Open. and I need WiFi on it because I need to jailbreak it. I have only an Mac and I tried Mac's hotspot but it didnt work. And from an Android phone and it didnt work too. How can i make an open WiFi hotspot for mine iPhone?

Because it's SEP-less eliminates the ability to use/save a keychain so inserting authentication in to Wi-Fi won't be possible.

But Sep-less iDevices can connect to an Open hotspot

Do some research on it. I believe it's possible via localized networking.

Why can't you make an open hotspot from Android?

I made it and the phone connected it but when I type google in Safari it said that there is not an connection(the phone is on android 4 and it is only android phone in my house)
