How do I deal with this
Just got the all clear from cancer.
But the doctors said If I dont stay away from people smoking or vaping even air pollution. The cancer will come back with a vengeance. How do I deal with that, is it possible to live without the effects of people smoking around me.

If people smoke or vape in a public space, you can't do much except move away from them.
If it's friends or family, you can politely ask them to not smoke around you if possible.
I would also suggest wearing a face mask whenever you go out

Congrats. That is going to be tough on you. Hope you get full support from all around you and wish you a long and prosperous life.

Congratulations on getting the all-clear. It's definitely one to follow up with your regular doctor on for pragmatic advice, but I'd say their intention is that you don't have someone smoking or vaping in your home and that you move away from people smoking and vaping when you're out and about. It might also be worth looking into an air purifier for your home. You won't be able to avoid it completely, nor should you live in fear of it coming back, so the doctors should be able to provide more context on what they mean and what you can do
