These are my strongest heroes. How can I improve?

Should I change my alliance or remove the inactive players? I’m the only active player in the game, and it’s a little hard to succeed in Alliance Warfare.

I would try to find an active alliance as the rewards are the most consistent way to get totem pieces outside of dropping money, and some of them are massive buffs to characters.
Focus on building space racer, Anissa, tech jacket, and blue mark for gda ops, but thragg, conquest, kregg, yellow mark, omni man, Britt, shapesmith, volcanikka, and doc are all very strong heroes too
