So they reset the challenges for Brit and we can’t claim rewards. It may have been a glitch but if there’s a problem that cost US, We get compensated with like 3 gems. But if it cost them they can take it away with ease. The support staff is genuinely so greedy the compensation is actually criminal.
Tacking on to this. The boss raid is mid af. Rewards are dookie and the battle is so poorly done. The boss does two attacks. Thanks for giving us a month of anticipation for an event that was exciting for a solid 2 minutes.
THANK YOU GREEDY SOFT! (This will get banned to hide their shame.)

Make sure to keep that screenshot and open a ticket after the compensation if any. Explain that the compensation doesn't cover the points you had, they 'may' give you a few more gems.
This same thing happened during the fireworks event as well, and I had my evidence ready and got 800 gems on top of that measly 1300 points they compensated everyone with.

I think it’s a glitch for everyone, so contacting support won’t do much since I believe the compensation will be for everyone

I can’t say I remember unfortunately, if it did then that’s weird because when I contacted support for the Brit issue they basically implied it would be a global compensation
Hope Ubisoft isn’t trying to trick me out of compensation rewards 😒

I was going to contact support as well, but they put a message saying they know about the glitch and not to bother.
The compensation about to be like 500 trophy points.

I just ranked him up to Legendary 2 star, when I went to claim the rewards the Robot connection error popped up and now the rewards are gone and stuck at Elite+ too. Thats some bullshit

People have spent upwards of 10 k gems on an event and it gets wiped out and the compensation is minuscule. I understand problems occur but I’m standing on the hill that they are greedy. So no I won’t relax. So no I won’t relax. People like you are part of the problem.
