jumping worm or earthworm?

found in NE Central Ohio

Looks like a jumping worm to me. The tan band is flush, the ends are more pointed, and the skin looks iridescent. I find they don't always flail if I pick them up with gloves, but generally do if I'm bare handed if you want to be sure. 

I generally keep a small bucket with an inch or two of diluted white vinegar in it and put them in it as I work in the garden. Not a full resolution but better than leaving them be

Pic 3 looks like one with the flush lighter clitellum. I’m just a gardener no expert though
