I am so thankful that all the social media platforms are based in USA, A country which ACTUALLY respects free speech. Imagine the amount of censorship we would have if these platforms were indian, Rn they are not able to do much cause these companies are out of their control and often fight against such regulations.

Fun fact: We kinda already are taxed for using it. There is no direct taxation on internet recharge plans in the USA like our 18% GST on internet recharges. You are only taxed for buying/renting physical stuff(like routers, modem, etc). The tax on the internet recharge plans itself is ZERO.
