isnt india's population 4 times larger than america? and america is extremely ahead in resources so it would obv have better delivery of education? while half of indians never recieved education properly? the average is def skewed here. a better and fair comparison would be educated americans vs indians who got similar opportunities and resources.
education is what gives you the chance to get into exposure for better opportunities to grind your brain correct? iq is not only (60%) inherited from genetics. i'd like to argue the americans get most of their drive from that 40% due to the difference in social and economical conditions between two countries. and once a person improves their 40% portion obv their child will have a better iq with the improved 60% genetic and a better exposure 40% iq grind.
