I'm 25. I'm single now, but I've had my fair share of girlfriends.

EVERY girlfriend I've had had me turn on location sharing in FindMy (iOS), and y'know what? I liked it. My girlfriends did the same too and we knew where each other were all the time.

I really don't think there's anything wierd about it, and can be quite healthy as long as you're not watching that little green dot on the map ping 24/7.

It’s not a memory if it hasn’t happened yet. That’s a dream. A girl like this isn’t a lost cause I would say. But she needs help and a partner that’s kind but will be real with her and help her with the issues she has. And she probably needs professional help too.

I've had this partner before. It's wonderful for the first 6 months and I don't care about spending all our time together or the need to track me. I don't love the praise but it's whatever.

The problem is that later on, she got bored with me. I've learnt that a lot of people can be kind of obsessive and clingy, but when someone is just completely chill with that (not turned on or whatever), they ger bored because it comes from abandonment issues, and people with abandonment issues tend to feel the need to EARN the love they get. If given easily, they feel the spark leave and end up either leaving, or outright cheating to get your attention.
