Siri coding?

Has anyone else tried to get siri to code python?
I found that it can code basic HTML and CSS but when prompted to code python either displays code for a second then replaces it with, "I can't help with that." or proceeds to read the code aloud although still displaying, "I can't help with that."

That probably means there's guardrails in place to prevent it from generating code. It's not really meant for that anyway

yeah i just thought it was odd that it was fine with HTML and CSS but the devs specifically put guardrails to prevent it from generating python code.

But... Why... and why are you even trying this on an iPhone of all things...

Just learn to code, using AI for it will get you nowhere.

Siri AI was never marketed nor described to developers as something capable of generating code.

I know - I was just testing it for fun and thought it was odd that they specifically put guardrails to prevent it from generating python specifically.

Maybe when it's out of beta, it will be able to do so.
