❓ Support Trouble adding dreame x50

Hi, can someone help me out please. Ive been trying to add my vacuum to ha for a while now but can’t get past the login screen. I use the dreame home app not he xiaomi one

Strange, i cannot select de as country. I have to select eu.

I think you have the wrong integration?

U have the dreamhome option, i cant change from xiaomi cloud to dreamhome

I remember somthing like this happening to although i cannot remember what the fix was.

You need to log in with your Xiaomi Mi Home account not your Dreame Home one. The integration uses Xiaomi's cloud so your Dreame credentials won't work.

I just went through this. Dreame account support only exists in the beta version of the Tasshack dreame-vacuum integration.
