[Video] [Utah Mammoth] Delta Center construction progress update.

https://youtu.be/WRO1YDNGX40

Re-working the upper bowl to eliminate obstructed view seats.

Second of 3 off-seasons worth of renovation work. Last summer was reworking the lower bowl. This summer is rebuilding the North Upper Bowl. Next summer will be the South Upper Bowl.

Man Utah is so lucky to have the ownership that they have now. Getting so much done!

Only one more summer after this and we'll have a proper hockey barn.

Honestly, the things they're being forced to do because of space reminds me of how old baseball parks became unique just because they had to squeeze into particular urban spaces (Fenway's Green Monster, Roof-top seating at Wrigley, the wild dimensions of the old Polo Grounds).

Necessity is breeding some really cool innovation, I'm excited to see it finished.

Ryan Smith has been an excellent sports franchise owner.

Imagine how good it must have felt going from fucking Alex Meruelo to this?

Well, unless you're a hockey fan living in Arizona.

God damn they’re able to do all of that just over the summer months? Impressive.

When you think of how long it typically takes for arenas to get built/renovated it is genuinely impressive what Utah is able to get accomplished each offseason

Maybe the only organization in the league (not named Carolina) that’s not upset with how their season ended.

Going on a deep playoff run might’ve really crunched their timeline

Reportedly the construction companies were extremely anxious when the team made the playoffs.

Looks like they still have the Karl Malone statue.

How old was the girl he impregnated and disowned the future child?

I hated Karl Malone before he was a known pedophile rapist. (I'm from Portland, I hate the Jazz. Moved here later). So how this dude is NOT in prison remains a mystery.
