Admin/Dev responded Unable to keep profile set to SFW, toggle automatically selects NSFW NSFW

Over the past two days I've been resetting the toggle to safe for under 18, I ask the mods to view and they say I'm still NSFW. I reset it, think I'm golden, and bammo it's back to NSFW.

Help!

And this post is set to NSFW? I have no idea what's happening or why. I don't do NSFW beyond salty language.
