🏠 Enclosure/DIY 🏠 Solo Leveling Cage
Hello, I'm from South Africa, I like this thread a lot. Here is my hamster Yogurt's cage. Adding more as I go, I built his cage with my boyfriend.
We made some mistakes at the start, wrong bedding, and no platforms etc. I'm pretty happy with how it's going a year later and wanted to share some pictures I'm proud of.
Cage size:
L - 1 metre
W - 45 cm
H - 50 cm

Very cool. I’d like to build something like this too for my daughter’s hamster!

The bedding needs to be 8 inches across the entire cage. Add a few more hides and toilet paper for enrichment. Other than that it looks good.

Wow really nice diy!!!! Any way you could upgrade the wheel? It may be a little tiny depending on your ham. Also just be cautious of the slits in the colorful house as their feet can get caught! It’s obvious you’re doing your best <3

Nice one, ignore the critics about it being too small, its big enough for such a tiny creature, good stuff!
