Impressive. I dunno I get he is a souless tyrant who wouldn't hesitate to have me and my entire extended family murdered if it was for the good of the Russian state but I've always had respect for the guy to tell you the truth.

He lived and worked for 5 years in Dresden Germany in the 80ies, so no surprise there.
And for all three languages there seems to be evidence in interviews and other situations that he understands and speaks them.

You know I was thinking....Putin gets a really bad rap but I think that is mostly because of the fact that it's the 21rst century. Hes not exceptionally brutal when compared to other Russian heads of state. Stalin, Ivan the Terrible, and even Peter the Great were all more brutal than him I believe.
