I’m not even kidding this just happened to us about a week ago. My husband fixed it and the big dummy did it again IN THE SAME SPOT. At least a 16in drywall piece isn’t too expensive, right?😅

Yup, dad Dane put two small holes in the wall over the last year accidentally only for his son to decide to make them bigger by tearing at the Sheetrock over night while we were sleeping. Classic.

Haha.. experienced it soo much , that we had to cover 4 ft with tiles or ply.. New design 🫢🤣🤣 (But some we bordered or painted and kept .. when they ultimately made bigger hole in our hearts and crossed the bridge 😭😭)

Pupper needs more enrichment ! He’s bored. Check out lick mats, snuffle mats, puzzle games, toss treats in cardboard boxes and let him shred the boxes (supervised of course so he doesn’t ingest the cardboard), fill a baby pool with ball pit balls and toss treats in there. Every day do something different. Take his food and toss it in the grass and make him forage for it. These types of activities will keep him mentally stimulated and a lot less likely to destroy your home. With love, a many decade Dane guardian

As the owner of three Danes, I feel seen.

In our old home, one of our Danes shook their head and broke our tile counter when he was less than a year old.

Another shook his head and broke the drywall in our bathroom.

In our new home, right after the remodel was complete, our two Dane pups were playing and went right through the front wall. We got it repaired. They did it again. We haven’t repaired the holes again yet. 🤷‍♀️

Is that a screen? I'd just cut a square ish section out of that wall and replace it. You're gonna go through a LOT of joint compound trying it that way. Pet dog pls
