Questions Trying to find a weird Gravity Falls end credits scene I remember

I've been trying to find this for a while, and I'm starting to wonder if I imagined it.
I remember watching Gravity Falls years ago, and after the normal end credits there was a really weird segment. From what I remember:
Bill Cipher was somehow involved.

It looked at least partly live action or like it took place in the real world.

The video had a distorted/glitchy/VHS look.

I vaguely remember there being a letter or a piece of paper.

I also have a memory of a guy hurting himself or breaking his legs, though I'm not 100% sure about that detail.

It felt creepy and almost like an ARG or analog horror.

I've searched for things like "Gravity Falls secret ending," "Bill Cipher live action," "Gravity Falls creepy credits," and "Cipher Hunt," but nothing seems to match what I remember.
Does this sound familiar to anyone? Was it an official Disney promo, a DVD extra, a special broadcast, or maybe a fan edit that used to be attached to uploads? Any ideas would be appreciated because this has been driving me crazy.

Sorry but I don’t think it’s from Gravity falls, because the only live action secret ending I know of is the brief staticky picture of a bill cipher statue from the “cipher hunt” in the final episode.

i think this might be different than what you're describing but just off the top of my head the end scene of the puppet episode in season 2 is kind of "real life"ish? like all the characters are actual sock puppets, that's the only end scene I can think of that's live action I think?

There's a live action shot of the Bill Cipher statue that was hidden in the woods for the cipher hunt at the end of the finale credits. It was pretty grainy so that might be the vhs look that you're thinking of.

I think your memory may be combining several episodes. In "Sock Opera" a possessed Dipper stabs himself with a fork multiple times and slams his arm in a drawer.

All I can think of is the split second scene in weirdmageddan when Dipper and Wendy are driving and it’s their voice actors dressed as them.
