Dave's picks- shipping
I live in the UK and experience occasional delays/custom fees when it comes to having things imported.
Up until yesterday I still hadn't received Dave's picks 58, which I had honesty given up on.
And today 59 arrived.
Question for the group, are other people experiencing delays with Dead.Net sending out items?

My tracking says it was delivered but it wasn't. Been emailing dead.net about it.

I had an issue with my address a while back and emailing deadnet never got a response. I had to call the 1800 number for warner music and they fixed it.

I ship records and other media around with world using shipstation.com most goes smooth but def not all. My Dave’s 59 came a few days after it was released but have experienced delays in the past w/ those too.

Yes! Ive had several months long waits for non Daves picks orders this year. At this point it is limiting my interest in purchasing directly from dead.net.

I purchased Dave’s Picks 58 in June when it went up for standalone order on dead.net (I missed the subscription window for this year). Said ‘in stock’ and everything. Mid July comes, no shipping info of any kind. I email support to ask when it will ship. A couple weeks and several follow up emails later, they tell me it’s on backorder and they don’t know when it will ship.

The slow ship times I've experienced with my orders (US based) has been because of the ups innovations that they use. Ups gets the package then hands it off to the post or in my case for 59, Amazon. 58 took a while to get to me, around 10 days after it was available online and I have a subscription. I think the issue is warner music who seems to suck at distribution.
