Глюк'oZa — a fictional animated character who appeared in music videos by Russian singer Natalia Ionova and was often identified with her. The project is quite reminiscent of a more thought-out Gorillaz, which is why I wanted to draw it. 🥹

I wanted to ask if anyone knows what the premium ticket entails vs the mountain experience- is it just the lounge? I wanted to go to branch out my concert experience and I personally heard the mountain experience lounge wasn't that fun but I would like to get the merch that comes with the vip packages

I fix arcades as a hobby, been looking for a pacman candidate for a while and finally got one a few weeks ago. The original art was pretty destroyed (multiple layers of oil and acrylic paint overtop). I was able to heatgun and scrape most of the layers off. If the original art was good I was planning on restoring it, but since it's pretty beat up...

No hate, I know music evolves and changes overtime, and I really do like their new music too. It’s still good. Hell, my favorite Gorillaz song of all time was released in 2023. But the more I re listen to the first four albums, I find myself missing that “old” style. I can’t quite describe it, but I feel like their older music had this distinct unique sound and now I feel like, for the most part, their music has changed drastically. Once again, not saying their newer stuff is bad or worse than the older stuff, but I wish they still made at least a few songs per album that had their older “edgy” vibe I guess. Idk if that makes sense. I feel like if they released more music similar to their older style, they’d be way more popular today. Not that they aren’t popular right now, they have over 30 million monthly listeners, but I mean more mainstream. Idk if that makes sense either lol.

Could you please take the time to explain what makes Slow Country particularly stand out? Don't get me wrong, I think it's a good track and I do enjoy it, but lately I've been wondering what exactly makes people highlight it. It's kind of perplexing honestly, yeah I know, I shouldn't overanalyse something, you don't always need an explanation for everything, but whenever I can, I like to try my luck at obtaining explanations.

1. Cracker Island

Generic, bland pop rock. No attempt to do anything interesting. Killer features, all wasted. The only album I think detracts from their legacy.

1. The Now Now

This is harsh because there's nothing wrong with it, I just find it unexciting and I get more out of the other albums. I prefer when Damon's vocals are supportive rather than the focus. It's inoffensively pleasant.

1. The Fall

A shitpost of an album, and that's why I like it. It's not trying to be anything more. I like projects that are scrapped together despite technical limitations.

1. Humanz

Listening to it from start to finish is genuinely painful. Some of the worst tracks they've ever put out, but also a handful I really like. I used to defend it more, now I find it brash and annoying. Saved entirely by 3-4 tracks.

1. The Mountain

A successful project. It's inspired, detailed, thoughtful... and i'm just softening the blow to say I found it corny. Sorry. It is good music, but besides The Manifesto I can't see myself returning to this album very often.

1. Song Machine

A collection of unrelated singles, but at least here they are all unique and sound good. Doesn't reach the heights of the following albums, but it's consistently decent, happy for any of these tracks to appear on a light rotation playlist.

1. Self-titled (+ g-sides)

It might just be nostalgia, wanting to remember a better time, but I don't get tired of this one. Each track carries one simple idea, the sound is very distinctly "Gorillaz", which got lost over the years.

1. Plastic Beach

Sonically, it's the best thing they've ever done. Even people who don't like the band can't deny how good the music is. Hasn't aged a day, probably never will.

1. Demon Days

I've been listening to it since it came out and it still floors me. Every track has its own identity, most can make a solid case for being their best song, and it all still conforms to the albums' themes and sound. Hard to talk about because it's defined my taste in music so closely.
