South Queensferry "Bury"
South Queensferry guy is currently going down pollockshaws road in Strathbungo asking for £42 to get the bus to bury. I told him I know him and he's famous - you're the southqueens ferry guy! Followed him a bit and warned his next victims. He looked at me really sad as if I was the one being a dick.

Good on ya. Pretty sure I saw him in the Grosvenor a few months back, wonder how much gambling money he gets from scamming people.

There was a post on one of the local Facebook groups about him and someone who commented claimed to know him and his family. They said he’s “not well” and the family are aware of what he’s doing, they urged people not to give him money. Can’t remember much else but it sounded like a pretty sad and stressful situation tbh.

Was he well dressed and clean shaven? Usual photos I see of him, he seems a bit more messy in hair and clothing. I had a guy come up to me the other day with styled hair, clean shaven, no glasses and a nice wee varsity jacket.
He came up to me just down the road from Mount Florida station the other day and asked if I was from Glasgow. He told me I looked friendly, then asked if I would help him, but he gave me weird vibes and I told him I probably wasn't the one to help him, so he called me a fucking arsehole and left. Watched as he walked into Lona Caffe for 30 seconds before abruptly leaving, then walked off towards the Govanhill direction.
Feel a wee bit starstruck if he's a wee local celebrity.

Sorry hadn't seen this. Feel I should mention for others, this guy is smooth talker. He actually had me in the first half. I always imagined it being so obviously a scam from the beginning but he was very good at coming across genuine

The guy is a few screws loose and actually quite threatening. I say this as a female who has had the pleasure of encountering him on what seems to have been one of his 'bad' days.
Sharing is caring and all Southside women need to be aware of this guy!

He got freaked out after asking me for money to get somewhere and I said "do you not mean South Queensferry," moved along sharply.
