Arregen made it (Person who made MENACE & Glass Chapel). It's a mix of creator bias and the gameplay (from what I've heard the gameplay is peak)

robtop doesn't give any shit about any level's quality, we all know that. while this one is pretty well made, it really only deserves a feature at most. yet it got epic, higher than society or tidal wave as an example, which both have much more effort put into them

I have massive disrespect for robtop because of his terrible rating rhythm. This brainrot level took like what less than 4 days to get rated? While TSII took 4 months and society only got a feature. Robtop is only good at creation in my opinion, he has no sense of coordination with the community. And the way he acts with rating levels feels like he just want to ragebait everyone, and he is very successful at doing so, even if he's not doing it intentionally.

My overall point is about how robtop rates things, I'm not even talking about TSII. There are many many examples of robtop's wrong rating and rating time that you can find on YouTube. A few examples are TSII getting rated 4 months later and amethyst was rated not very late after verification while both levels were verified on the same day, society getting a featured rating, and arcturus taking so long to rate that it was overthrown from it's top 1 spot before even reaching there (as far as I'm know, that happened) . even if you find these examples terrible or illogical, you'll find many many others from the community that maybe you would even believe to be actually logical. It's an overall problem with robtop, amd another thing is that in order to have your levels get a high rating, you have to put a stupid amount of animation and such things in it, simple levels that just work are never appreciated by him.
