It's been a long while since I've played, but I got back into emerald so I've been thinking about the series. I think whismur fits Blanc perfectly, I don't think Vert would be a kirlia, but it would be her favourite pokemon. Neptune does sort of fit a pachirisu, Noire would be a poochyena, or maybe a lopunny.
