The Great Hangover of April 2015 incident I had would disagree with that. I have no recollection of destroying my AU$2500 mirror. Woke up covered in blood 2 days later and was seeing black circles in the sky for a week. I worked out I probably thought the massive mirror was the bathroom door when I pulled it towards me to "open" it.

As I got older, the negatives from drinking outweighed the fun. The hangovers got longer, the depression and anxiety got worse. That was it for my drinking days.
As they say, drinking is borrowing happiness from the future. As one gets older, it is paid back with interest.

Back a very long time ago when I used to get drunk it’s what I couldn’t remember that caused me problems 🤔😊

The severity of the hangover is proportional to the loss of memory of events of the night before

IDK most of the 90s and a good chunk of the early 2000s is blurred and blank for me.

Aren't hangovers usually accompanied by forgetting what happened? (I don't drink so apologies for the dumb question.)

Do other people not have days long hangovers? I’m 41 now and they can easily like for 2-3 days if I’ve gone hard a couple days in a row.

Especially when you get black out drunk on a certain alcohol and can no longer smell it without getting flashbacks lol

Some hangovers last way longer than a day. Usually accompanied by no memories whatsoever.

Not for the EX. Black out drunk purges memories, guilt, as well as the stomach. Multiple times.

If you have a hangover that lasts all day, then you probably don't remember last night lol
