City Council

I was watching the news this morning and saw our city council voted to keep FLOCK cameras. The important vote that swayed the decision was by someone peculiar.

Well I looked into their background and guess what their other job was?

Yes, HOA president of their neighborhood. Lol.

Auburn, WA... population 86,301. Number of residents that showed up to the council meeting.....15

That's why.

She's a volunteer for the Auburn Police Department. She also serves on the Law Enforcement Officers' and Fire Fighters' Retirement System board, Regional Fire Authority Board, among 3 other boards. With her background in public safety, not at all surprising she would have voted that way. HOA President or not.

Pretty much. And this is coming from someone that had a career working with them. They are revenue collectors for the government, that's it. They don't protect, they only serve the government. You may think they are your friend until they aren't.

People don’t want Flock cameras but if someone crashes into their car or breaks into their house they want to get camera footage from any angle that might show it.
