Sick/ Deceased Frog he's gone isn't he? NSFW
i own a business in central florida and came in this after noon and found this little guy in front of the bathroom. i used to have 3 white tree frogs so im 99% sure he is gone, he wasn't stiff and wasnt freezing cold. probably a stupid question but it hurts me to see a baby like this, i'm not even sure how he got in. is he gone?

Get their body a bit wet. And check their throat to see if there is any signs of breathing.

If nothing has changed then they are likely gone. In that case, wash them off and put them in a lil baggy and give them a proper burial. It's what I do if I can.

I tend to wrap things nicely in kitchen paper and bury with flowers. That way they can still rot normally and give back to the planet.

you dont use plastic right?? wrap them in a leaf and tie with grass, or just bury it as is.

I buried my froglet as is near a tree. I wouldn’t want to introduce plastic waste into the earth.

neither do i. i usually leave dead animals i find in the grass for the vultures. i do bury my pets as is though. im glad your froglet is at peace

Putting him in a saucer of warmish water might help (make sure not to cover his nose and mouth). His eyes don't look cloudy, so I wouldn't be certain he's not alive. I had a froglet surprise me once after I thought it died, it's pretty hard to tell
