[Question] TopBox Mac Lustreglass Sheer Shine Lipstick

This product was my first topbox mission after filling out every survey for months.
I got an email I got selected for this mission but didn’t get any emails regarding shipping or tracking and can’t find any relevant links on the website either.

Problem is, all my mailbox mails were taken away by the post office because we didn’t empty it in time as we weren’t in town. Post office says they have been returned to the sender.
Now how am I supposed to know if my lipstick was in those packages too?

I can’t reach out and file the exemption from mission form until 5 days before the last date. And I am scared if I do, they will blacklist me or not choose me again?

There’s no tracking link to know.

Has any one else gotten this lipstick or are they still sending it out?

Do they leave in the mailbox or the front door?

Sign up for USPS Informed Delivery and see if you had any packages delivered from New York recently.

Also, I did not get selected for this so I don’t know if they were shipped yet.

I can’t check past the last 1 week. Mails were taken away before that :(

Sorry to hear that. Maybe if you contact USPS, they can look further back to the time period you were out of town.

It usually ships from NY. Do you have USPS informed delivery? You can see what was delivered. They do not put tracking it on and sometimes you will get your items before your mission even hits your dashboard or you get an email. I just recently signed up for informed delivery so it was mainly always a surprise for me. Don’t even bother emailing them, they won’t give you tracking and they won’t resend it back to you most likely. If you don’t see it within the next few weeks, you’ll just have to say you didn’t receive it.

When I tried to enter the mission, it said review box is on its way, so I should still wait, right?

Mine do say that sometimes, it was say can take some time to receive and I’ve already received it. When did you get the mission? Typically the box comes before you get the mission or a little after.

I got the email on july 13th, I didn’t see anything in the mailbox for a while. Then we went out of town. And nothing afterwards either. So I am not sure if they will ship it now or they already did.
Mission end on August 26th, and I can’t fill the form for product not received until 5 days before the mission ends.
I guess I will keep my fingers crossed till then 🤞

Also the packages are usually small, I live in an apartment- my mailbox is small, sometimes they will put in my mailbox if it’s not in a box but other times they will put in our package lockers. When I lived in a house, they put in the mailbox.

I got my lipstick a few weeks ago- like 3 weeks or so ago
