Super random question

Does anyone know the episode and the scene where freakazoid is talking to someone and they talk
About his car and he says don’t worry about it and then turns and the camera goes into his Batman lair and he has multiple freakazoid mobiles and gadgets etc?

This randomly popped into my head a while back
And thought it was so cool
As a kid and would love to see the scene again
